Naples – Vanderbilt Beach
Sunset Bay I is a waterfront condominium located on the bay along Vanderbilt Beach. The property includes a private marina, swimming pool, elevator, enclosed lobby, and significant waterfront infrastructure requiring ongoing maintenance and oversight.
Following Hurricane Ian, Altaira assisted the Board with recovery efforts, including restoration of the ground-floor areas, landscape rehabilitation, and coordination of numerous improvement projects. Recent initiatives have included seawall replacement, installation of new Knotwood privacy fencing, implementation of an access control system utilizing RFID technology, and installation of parking lot barrier arms. The Association is currently working through permitting for the construction of a new 13-slip marina to replace the facility destroyed during Hurricane Ian.
