Community Association Management

Strong communities begin with strong administration and communication. We work closely with boards of directors to help manage the day-to-day responsibilities of operating a community association.

Our services include board support, meeting coordination, owner communication, records administration, covenant and rule enforcement support, vendor coordination, and assistance with compliance requirements. We help ensure important deadlines, inspections, filings, and administrative responsibilities are not overlooked.

Property & Facilities Management

Well-maintained properties require consistent attention and proactive oversight. We help boards identify issues early, coordinate repairs, and protect the long-term condition of their communities.

Services may include routine property inspections, preventative maintenance programs, work order coordination, vendor oversight, service contract administration, maintenance planning, and ongoing monitoring of community assets. Our focus is on reducing surprises and helping boards make informed maintenance decisions.

Project & Capital Improvement Coordination

From major repairs to community improvement projects, we assist boards with planning, coordination, and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.

We work with engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors to help facilitate capital improvement projects, building repairs, restoration efforts, infrastructure upgrades, and other community initiatives. Our role is to help keep projects organized, communicate progress, and support the board throughout the process.

Financial & Administrative Support

Successful communities depend on accurate financial reporting and sound administrative processes.

Through our partnership with KPG Accounting Services, we provide access to specialized community association accounting support, including financial reporting, assessment collections, accounts payable processing, budgeting assistance, and administrative support. Together, we help boards maintain visibility into their community's financial position while supporting informed decision-making.

Additional Property Management Services

In addition to community association management, Altaira Property Management may provide property management, facilities management, and operational support services for select commercial properties, investment properties, employee housing programs, and other real estate assets throughout Southwest Florida.
