Seawatch is a beachfront condominium located on Vanderbilt Beach in Naples, Florida. Managing a coastal high-rise requires ongoing attention to critical building systems, preventative maintenance, life-safety compliance, and long-term capital planning. Recent initiatives have included roof replacement, elevator pit restoration, installation of new LED pool lighting to support turtle season compliance, and enhanced cleaning standards designed to support heavy seasonal occupancy.

The Association is currently investing in additional resiliency improvements, including a natural gas-powered emergency generator and storm surge protection measures for critical building infrastructure. Altaira works closely with the Board, vendors, and consultants to help preserve the property while maintaining a high standard of service for residents and guests.
