Princeton Place at Wiggins Bay is a five-building condominium community consisting of 184 units. Altaira manages three condominium associations representing 111 units as well as the Property Owners Association, which oversees shared amenities, parking areas, carports, landscaping, and fire protection infrastructure serving the community.
The property requires ongoing coordination among multiple boards, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders. Current initiatives include a major exterior wall reconstruction project, replacement of master bedroom windows, and installation of new HVAC infrastructure designed to improve long-term serviceability and reduce future maintenance challenges. Additional projects include pool amenity improvements, replacement of pool furniture, and ongoing management of community-wide infrastructure.
